Pixadily is an app which allows users to monetize pictures straight from their camera roll. The user would be able to organize their pictures into a watermarked collection which they then could price. The user has the choice of generating a unique link to share with specific customers.
I lead the lead and integrated the backend of the Pixadily web application. The backend was developed using Dart, Firebase, and Cloud Firestore. I also optimized the code flow by standardizing and reorganizinng the code base.
Below are a few images and demos of what I did.
I have learned a lot working on this project such as a new language and a new BaaS, but the most important thing I learned was how to teach and lead my self.
I learned what self teaching styles worked and which didn’t. The second most important thinng I learned is problem solving. Working as a one person team most of the time allowed me to tackle a lot of problems and hone my problem solving skills.
